SEE MORE FINE ART FROM M. PEREZ...At thirty-two he has already a prolific career –exhibiting at a number of national galleries and some international ones -such as The Peter Bartlow Gallery of Chicago or The Betzalel Chain Gallery of Chelsea (New York)-, introducing its artwork at the Salon D’Automne (Paris),Fira d´Art Artexpo Barcelona, Milán MIART, ART Madrid, ART Chicago, ART Washington and ART Miami.
<< Manuel has built up a language where signs from cubism, abstraction and the American School from the end sixties can be red. Its artwork has the trace of Paul Klée or Mondrian. Its sequential art at its different stages about cinema reminds of Hill Eisner and some aspects of the French cinema at that age >> -words from the master Manolo Belzunce.
The adaptation of his fine art to the silkscreen technique its really brilliant, achieving artworks of great beauty. |
La
Ermita -The hermitage-
La Ermita is a studio editing original artwork and a small art gallery, located on an 1800 hermitage, where the recent editions can be enjoyed.
La Ermita edits limited series of silkscreen, lithography and engraving; carefully conducted by editor and artist; being each unit numbered and signed before leaving the studio.
This hermitage was restored and turned into a gallery by Jose Jiménez -professional editing silkscreen (screenprints) artwork since 1969-.
